Diletta De Luca and Damian Reddy

Diletta De Luca is an Editor and Researcher at the Committee for Human Rights in North Korea (HRNK). She has studied authoritarian governments, international relations, and East Asian affairs and holds a BSc in Social Sciences and a MSc in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Diletta researches authoritarian practices of the North Korean regime and the international community’s role in the reunification of the Korean peninsula. She advocates for human rights in North Korea through outreach of HRNK in Europe and internationally. ▪️ Damian Reddy serves as the Legal Counsel and Project Development Associate at the Committee for Human Rights in North Korea (HRNK). He is a Law graduate of the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is admitted into practice in South Africa. He is completing his Master of Laws degree in Human Rights Law with a focus on human rights in North Korea. He works primarily with the legal research team at HRNK to expand the reach of North Korean human rights advocacy.
